Victoria House is made up of four parts; Pope House, Wallis Wing, Gibb House, and Bennett Houses.
Pope House was built in 1993, it has 25 single rooms on three floors. These areas have been allocated as non-alcohol floors to ensure a quieter study environment for those residents who require it. Connected to Pope House is Pope study lounge.
The Wallis Wing contains a total of 75 rooms, 26 being twin share and the remaining 49 are single. All of the rooms have the appropriate cabling to have a phone connection, the fee for this to be met by the occupant of the room. Most of the common recreational facilities are located at the bottom level of Wallis wing.
Gibb House consists of 32 rooms, 3 of which are twin share. Part of the building looks out onto the newly created common green and bbq area, while others have views onto The Terrace. There is the Gibb study lounge for more social group studying.
Bennett Houses were developed in 2005 by building a new house and converting a heritage protected villa, housing 12 and 8 rooms respectively. These houses have also been allocated a non-alcoholic zone to ensure a quieter study environment. There is a Bennett study lounge and recreation room on the ground floor, backing out onto the newly created common green and bbq area.
