Catering is provided by Spotless Services Ltd. They work on weekly menus to provide nutritious meals providing your dietary needs.

The dining Hall is located opposite the office and is the area where all guests eat their meals. Continental breakfasts are available for all guests from 7:30 am – 9:00 am.

For those who have selected a lunch and/or dinner, lunch is served between 12:15 and 1:00 pm, and dinner is served between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm.

These times are subject to change depending on the number of diners.

Casual meals are available, the cost being $6 for breakfast, $7 for a lunch and $9 for a dinner. If you require a casual meal you must let the office know before 5:00 pm the previous day for lunch and before 12:00 pm the same day for dinner.

Special arrangements can be made for groups who require packed lunches or wish to eat at different times. These arrangements must be made with the conference manager when making your booking.
